What data do we collect and how do we use it?
If you contact us through our website, we collect and process your name, email address, company name and other information you provide to us. We only use this information to get in touch with you. We store this information as long as we deem necessary for our business.
If you post a message or reaction on one of our social media accounts, we collect and process your name, profile picture and other information you provide to us. Your message or reaction will be stored indefinitely, unless you remove them yourself or request us or the social media provider to remove them.
Data processing by third parties
In general, we do not disclose personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject. We also make use of third parties to be able to run our business. At this moment, we only make use of a website hosting company to be able to offer you this website.
Our website hosting company acts as a data processor under the GDPR. They only process your personal data on our behalf and for the purposes we have stated in this Privacy Notice. They have joined the Privacy Shield Framework and work with Standard Contractual Clauses. Therefore, they offer sufficient safeguards on data protection for data to be transferred internationally.
